Our Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

1. 1Email us at hello@doockafiy.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. 2We will confirm your return and provide the return address.
3. 3Post the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service.
4. 4Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 3–5 working days.

Return Address

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@doockafiy.com with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving the return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
